Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
This policy explains what information Adam handles, why, and who it's shared with. It covers two groups: businesses that use Adam ("customers") and people who call those businesses ("callers"). Adam is operated by Thamer Al-Nuaimi, Irbid, Jordan ("we").
We never sell call data, never use it for our own marketing, and never use call content to train or improve AI models. Call information is used only to answer the call and send the business its ticket.
Information we handle
- From customers: name, email, phone, business details used to set up Adam (hours, services, policies), and account activity. Billing details are handled by Paddle; we never see full card numbers.
- From callers: phone number, a transcript, and what the caller chooses to share, such as name, address and what they need.
- From our website: what you type into forms. We don't use advertising trackers, and our fonts are served from our own site.
How we use it
- To answer calls for the business the caller dialed and send that business a summary.
- To run the service for that customer: setting up and adjusting their agent, fixing problems, and making sure tickets are delivered.
- To contact customers about their account and billing.
For callers' information, the business you called is responsible for it (the "controller"), and we process it on that business's behalf.
Who we share it with
Call information goes to the business the caller dialed. To run the service it's also processed by these providers, only on our behalf:
- Vapi: voice AI platform (call handling, speech recognition, voice)
- OpenAI: language model that powers the conversation
- ElevenLabs: voice and speech recognition models, used through Vapi
- Telnyx: phone numbers and call routing
- Resend: email delivery of call tickets
- Cloudflare: hosting and database
- Paddle: payments (customers only)
We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Transcripts and call details: deleted from the Adam dashboard 90 days after the call. Our voice provider processes the audio to run the call and keeps its own copy under its own retention policy. Copies of tickets emailed to the business stay with that business.
- Urgent alerts: a short notice ("urgent call" and the business name, with no caller details) is sent through ntfy.sh, a free notification service, to the private topic the business subscribes to. ntfy keeps notices for up to 12 hours.
- Proof that the AI and recording notice was given: the call ID, time and a fingerprint of the greeting, with no call content, kept for 5 years.
- Customer accounts: while the account is open, then as long as needed for tax and legal records.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Access is limited to what's needed to run the service, and our call webhooks require a secret key. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.
Your choices
- Callers: you can hang up at the start of the call if you don't want to talk to an AI. To see or delete information from a call, contact the business you called, or email us with the business name, your phone number and the date of the call.
- Customers: you can ask us to export or delete your data at any time.
- Residents of California and other states with privacy laws can exercise the rights those laws give them by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.
Children
Adam is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13.
Changes
We'll post updates here and email customers about significant changes.
